What better than the Mediterranean air to tell the positive impact of one of the most beautiful restaurant chains in Spain? We teamed up with the Saona Group for the comprehensive development of its sustainability report, in compliance with the 2021 Standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

Together, we carried out the double materiality analysis to identify its main impacts and opportunities, the collection of information and technical advice, and the content and design – which is amazing!
