Our challenge
For Molinos, eating better means promoting the well-being of people living in Argentina, collaborating with community development, and managing its impact on the environment. With this concept, we developed the sustainability positioning of one of the most beloved brands in the country.
Together with the Sustainability and Communication areas, we devised the sustainability vision and mission and the storytelling to deploy it to its audiences. We designed a toolkit with key messages, talking points proof points, and a sustainability glossary to align the company’s sustainability communications. In addition, we developed an implementation plan with OKRs associated with the institutional positioning and its brands.

Sustainability
We work as a team to design the company’s Sustainability Report, aligned with the brand’s spirit. We apply the best information visualization techniques to facilitate the understanding and communication of the report.
Campaign
We facilitated a sustainability hackathon with the innovation and development teams of Argentina’s most beloved food brands. As a result, 20 ideas for projects with a positive social and environmental impact were created, and ready to be implemented.
We started with a workshop to understand the context, impact, and challenges of the industry, and the emerging trends that define the future of food. Then came the most exciting part: the pitches! Finally, we chose the most innovative idea, the most feasible, and the one with the greatest potential for positive impact.
