CHALLENGE

Use Glovo’s voice to show how its technology helps build more livable cities.

Glovo invited us to shape its sustainable brand strategy. We created the concept Tech that moves us forward to highlight how the company grows its community by caring for riders’ well-being, driving the digital transformation of SMEs, and fostering diversity and inclusion within a team of more than 70 nationalities.

We crafted narratives to showcase how Glovo contributes to the transition toward a low-carbon economy through the sale of recycled and recyclable packaging, a low-emission fleet, and efforts to fight food waste—all while millions of people across Europe, Central Asia, and Africa order dinner every night.

Impact Reports

Order delivered: Impact Reports 2022 and 2023, developed in compliance with Spain’s Non-Financial Reporting requirements (EINF) and GRI standards. In 2024, we went a step further by creating a shorter, interactive report designed for a smooth, agile reading experience.

CSRD Gap Analysis

We conducted a gap analysis to assess how Glovo’s report aligns with the requirements of the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The results were strategic in defining the scope of the report for the coming years and identifying opportunities for improvement.
