Communicate MELI's positive impact on society and its commitment to reducing its impact on the environment.
Since 2023, we have been Mercado Libre’s strategic sustainability communications agency for Latin America. We work as a team to tell the stories of entrepreneurs and SMEs with a positive impact that grows thanks to their ecosystem of solutions. Stories of women and young people in Latin America who learn about finance, contributing to their security and autonomy. And the stories of their shipments that, thanks to innovation and technology, have less and less impact on the environment.
We co-build the communication strategy, create the narratives, develop the positioning and campaigns of your core initiatives, produce content for internal and external channels, and organize the calendar and teamwork with MELI agencies.
Campaign
Cada envío importa(every shipment matters)
For Mercado Libre, each shipment is a story. We are based on that premise to develop a communication campaign that allows us to tell about Mercado Libre’s work to reduce its impact on the environment in each part of a package’s journey.
We created the communication strategy, the creative concept and the narrative of the campaign, which included a playbook with key messages, content and design for internal and external channels.
Sustainability
Impact report
Since 2016, we have teamed up with the Sustainability area to produce the Impact Report, from start to finish.
The work includes a materiality exercise, technical advice on GRI, SASB and IR, the writing and design of the report, which is published in 3 languages in the first months of the year, along with the presentation of its Form 10-K. In 2021 we won a Gold Eikon Award for the publication.
We accompany Mercado Libre in the production of other ESG publications, such as its Non-Financial Information Statements (EINF) for companies incorporated in Spain and the first Report of its sustainability bond.
