How to stay connected and safe? In March, together with Unilever SOLA, we hit play to #EstamosJuntos, a regional communication campaign to promote a positive internal culture in times of pandemic. What we did? As a team with different areas of the company, we reorganized the channels, prioritized messages and activated three internal communication axes: Leadership, Wellbeing and Brands with purpose.
As Unilever is an essential industry, the teams in its factories continued working to supply households during the Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, together with the IC team, we designed and implemented a campaign in active sites to promote prevention, reinforce security measures and ask employees not to give up.
We got 9 Latin American countries dancing! In August, Unilever’s new South Latam #SOLA region was launched and we did so with the It’s SOLA about U campaign, and an online solidarity festival! Free pass for everyone, a cool line-up and a region united with one purpose: doing good.
